Each artist is responsible for their own bookings as well as taking a deposit amount of their choosing. Deposits are non refundable and goes towards the final price of the tattoo. If you cancel without rescheduling your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to leave a new deposit in the case that you wish to reschedule. If you reschedule and you do not give at least 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to leave a new deposit in the case that you wish to reschedule. You can only reschedule once within 48 hours notice; afterwards you will be required to leave a new deposit. If you no-call no-show, we reserve the right to not rebook you and your deposit will be forfeited.

You must have a valid, government ID in order to be tattooed. There is no underage tattooing under any circumstances; 18+ only.

If you are expecting to be a few minutes late, please give the studio a call to notify the artist. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to reschedule.

please be aware that your artist might reach out 5-7 days prior to your appointment to confirm. You will have 48 hours to respond to the confirmation email, if you do not confirm or answer back to the email, the artist will give your spot to someone else and your deposit may be forfeited and you will have to leave a new deposit in the case that you wish to reschedule.

Friends and Family are welcome but please limit it to just one person.

There will be no preview of sketches or final designs sent to clients before their scheduled appointment. You will get to see the final result the day of your appointment and if you’d like to make minor changes to the design that day, you may do so.

Regarding the use of numbing cream agents, please check with your artist before using.
